For the past few years, Roy has been hired by the Zimmer Institute to coach small groups of emminent professors and senior orthopaedic surgeons from across Europe on how to improve their effectiveness as presenters at medical congresses, conferences and training courses within their hospitals.

Roy's relationship with the Zimmer organisation goes back more than a decade when he moderated highly complex advisory board meetings for them.
